All General Education courses are held at main campus or offered online. Our programs will prepare you, the student, to pursue Automotive Service Excellence (ASE) certification, with standards set forth by National Automotive Technicians Education Foundation INC. Our Diploma and Associate of Applied Science Degree programs are designed to prepare skilled graduates to work in the automotive industry. The Automotive Service Consultant and Parts Specialist course at Oklahoma technical College will train students how to serve customers at an automotive service facility. As a student you will also learn telephone and in person customer relations skills. Service facility operations, the role of the service consultant, and production basics will be presented. Information regarding recordkeeping, warranty, service contracts, recalls, and service bulletins, closing service sales, customer follow-up, workflow tracking, production techniques, and working with technicians are included in our exciting curriculum.

This phenomenal diploma program is designed to prepare students for entry-level positions in the welding and metal fabricating industry. Students receive instruction in oxy-fuel welding, brazing, and cutting; shielded metal arc (stick), gas metal arc (mig), and gas tungsten arc (tig) welding of sheet metal, plate, and structural shapes.
The Barber program is designed to teach students how to serve clients at a barber facility and will include hands on experience as well as scientific professional knowledge.
