Industry Management

(Presented as an add on to any OTC program)

Instructors highly recommend that students further their general education with ten Industry Management courses resulting in an Associates of Occupational Science Degree. Knowledge of the business aspect of the automotive industry could open doors for advancement in the future.

To enhance the learning experience, the students work on actual cars, learning to trouble shoot in the process, as well as educational car cutaways. Also, computer labs are open to students for use from 7:30 am to 10:00 pm and instructors are available for questions 24/7. At OTC, your success is our priority.

Career Opportunities: A graduate of this program should be able to find:

  • Entry level positions in dealerships, service stations, automotive part stores, and companies with vehicle fleets as general technician.

  •  Specialist in areas such as Automotive Repair Technician
  • Automotive Dealership Technician
  • Automotive Electrical Technician
  • Light Duty Fleet as General Technicians
  • Automotive Specialty Technician that specializes in areas such as front-end alignment, brakes, or automatic transmissions, engine performance and others.
